I'LL change that wish list then Rob, come back as a bitch. We have always had dogs but after the last two who died at 16, we decided to not have any more as they do tie you down. I do miss having a dog around when they do die however it is soul destroying. Its a hard thing to say but I can get more attached (not physical) to a dog than a person and is harder to me to watch die than a person. A dog gives you his total trust, unless its one of these rottys wanting a hunk off you all the time.I have watched many people die but can shut your mind to, but to a dog I'm just a big softie.
