Re: The Spy Who Shoved Me....... Part I
#138,Rowja!
Was directed to this thread earlier this evening to read another post in "Seafaring Stories". Not only did I see the reams of wonderful stories from Captain Kong and others which I will have to spend time reading in earnest to do them justice, as is my wont I got distracted as usual when I discovered also your first encounter with a Russian femme fatale. Have to say Rowja one of the funniest and most entertaining narratives on unrequited love I have ever read on here.
Then your comedic description of the UK football team V Russia reminded me of "The Bash Street Kids" from the Beano, a motley crew indeed. I roared with laughter all the way through. A masterpiece of entertainment. Even I who have never watched a football game would pay good money to view that one. So thank you Rowja, have unanswered emails, chores not completed and way past my bedtime but worth every moment.
To the others chaps who responses beseeched you to complete only added to the mirth

Re: seafaring stories
Utterly fascinating and an eye-opener. Not much romance of the sea here. Great piece
