Re: Anyone help please
That could be the Neath on her bow Vernon ? If you google tugboat neath , there was one built originally for Port Talbot later sold to Middle East interests and finally broken up in 1964.
Just a wild guess ? JS sorry on closer look the second letter on name is a T I think , my eyes are US. JS

Re: Anyone help please
Just had a butchers, and found that tug. Seems graham is right, but the picture I got is same shape, but painted black. I blew up the picture posted on here, and I'm sure it's named NYATI.

Thanks JA , it certainly does look like her, however on close look i notice that her two side Bloweres (Stacks ??) are facing the wrong way. Could well be a sister Tug?
Thanks again appreciated

Hi Graham
Thanks for the suggestion and yes does look by all the info that i could well be the Tug i am after.
As yet i have not been able to get a Pic though , but one site i came across with all the info as well, and had her Home Posr as Dar Es Salaam. So that alone puts her in contention. I will continue to search the Net for a Pic.
If anyone else gets one of this Tug, namely the one that Graham posts please do share.
Much oblidged!
I found this Pic which is the Tug in Question, Copy Righted so give the Link only.
Pity it is not a full Pic though. But going on searching!
Cheers
