    Default Indian students & Australia

Well in the UK we have our problems with foriegn students. Thankfully a loop hole has been closed. The students are welcome but a block has been put in place that families can no longer live in the UK to hold wee Guptas hand.

Meanwhile in Australia, Indian students have found a loop hole and allowing Gupta to stay behind after his studies.

Since 23rd July over 400 illegal migrants have been returned to Vietnam & Albania , more return flights are planned . Oddly enough they are using the very plane that was earmarked for the Rwanda debacle.

Most of our international students come from the south seas area.
China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, all fully paid for by their gov and at the end of studies go back home.
Visa only issued for study period.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Did you read the link attatched in my #1. That is from that well respected unbiased Daily Mail rag.
Yes they are supposed to go home after their studies, like here many do not. I read an article a while back that the Chinese fund a several Universities in Oz, our money our rules on what is to be taught. Was there not a major puchup by Chinese students v Australian students over a recent protest at Chinese agression in the South China sea?

That is the first time have heard that story, generally speaking the Chinese students have not caused any trouble in Aus.As for Chinese aggression in the South China seas the only problem there is with the Philippines. Oh I forgot another country in the South China seas is America, they wish.

Agee Des, not seen that one.
James, our overseas students do go back, they are fully funded by their own gov and Thye ensure they do go back.
Yes, some have attempted to stay but they are soon found and sent back.

Our immigration policy is one of the worlds best, very hard to get passed it.

Well John it was here on news items 2019, 2021 & 2023.
A lot of the trouble started by the Chinese attacking other Chinese who were protesting for democracy for Hong Kong and Australian students became involved siding with the Hong Kong chinese.

Sky News host Cory Bernardi says he has "no idea" why it would be a goal for prime minister Morrison to have international students come back given China has "basically declared war on Australia". "It's absolute madness," Mr Bernardi said.
