Judging gender?
In Cape Town at that time there were two 'ladies' both had been seen to by Dr. C. Barnard, later to do the first heart transplant.
Drop dead gorgeous males converted.
One of the guys claimed he had spent an evening with one in a bar and was told the whole story, but with no hole at the end.
