Hope to remember her further: San Demetrio's luck would run out on the 17th March 1942 whilst sailing independently from Baltimore when she was torpedoed and sunk by U-404 with the loss of 16 crew and 3 gunners.

Thanks for that Vernon, some good old movies out there with the old actors of the 50's and 60's.
Some were far better than the ones of today.
