Quite obviously this cyclist business is rampant world wide; the sooner the pollies wake up to applying road tax ,( more money for their retirement fund), of say 25% of the standard private vehicle tax the sooner the arrogant pests will shrivel away. I'm all for a healthy early morning ride, walk or jog but there is a time and place.

As for the Sunday pub breakfast my wife and I started that idea in our hotel back in 1992. We had B&B guests and I had to give them a full English so why not our regulars. Worked well, only a few real boozers were sozzled by opening time and they toddled off for an early Sunday afternoon nap.
