ferry near disaster
cebu-cebu-mv-zamboanga-ferry-20130104 (1).jpgCebu thursday, had high winds in the area and this Ferry could not enter its home Port, Dumaguete and run aground, everyone rescued safely, mv Zaboanga.

Hi Alf, Its safer crossing the road here than to use the Ferries, false safety certificates, overloaded, no maintenance, there idea of a refit is a coat of paint, and ignore Coastguard Weather Warnings. Tony W
