Covid Vacs

I opened my emails this morning to find a message purporting to be from the NHS stating that from today I could apply for a coronavirus digital passport. There was a link to press and apply etc. I followed the link with the innocence of a fool and was directed to a page that stated my account had been suspended ?? I was then directed to another link that said contact your hosting supplier for further information ?? I thought about it for a moment which started alarm bells ringing in my mind and decided it was just to suspicious to continue. The email was sent by an outfit NHS<digitalicomplied.com> Where as everything else that I have received from the Government or the NHS clearly shows the senders address as being from the likes of Gov.uk. or similar. Has anyone else received a similar email or am I becoming paranoid about spam and scam mail. ???

John anyone getting on to sites like this will know by reading your CV you are a well heeled. Ex member of the catering profession so will be a target for any villain around. That’s why I don’t like talking about my disagreement with Cappy about the 3/9d , I have in the bank just in case anyone makes a go for it. Thanks for the info. though. JS

We had our second shot today so now we are fully vaniscated.
Takes a couple of week we were told to take full effect.

A copy is available on the Gov site for any one who needs a copy.

I gave her my vaccination passport, had one for years with all manner of shots in it.
Never seen one before she said, I assume she was speaking of the passport.

Reading an interesting article on the net about the current situation in UK.
It appears that if true the rate of infections is on the decline and the threat of 200,000 a day after freedom day has not occurred.
Also so shows how many are immune now after having the Virus, something that the medical profession is not talking about.
One specialist in this filed says the Virus now is fast on the way to becoming a bug similar to the Flu with maybe just an annual shot for it.

Still a pandemic.

No one is immune John, but if vaccinated the risk of serious infection is reduced, I believe todays figures are about 24,000 new infections, but out of a population >60 million its not too bad a rate, especially if you are not one of the unlucky ones

And a year ago some piped up with the Trumpian, no worse than flue and
will be all over in weeks.
