##funny thing that when i had my monkey jacko on the british defender never saw any monkey dung any where ......had him for about 6 month .......perhaps he had his own little bog ...and some ship surveyor may have been mystified when it was spotted months or even years later....and called in specialists to investigate ,,,lol cappy
might be something to do with coffee passing through the monkey? i was a soft bastard i thought it was through our rabbit i drank it for years?:p:p jp

There is a lot of misconception about asbestos in buildings, if it is managed correctly there is absolutely no danger.
The danger comes when the asbestos panelling or lagging is disturbed then fibres are released,these then have the potential to cause harm man years down the line.
Asbestos is or was used as filler in many products in times gone by.
How many of you have chewed the cap of a bic biro pen? Asbestos was present in plastic and was used to give the item strength.
The same with lino, asbestos again was used to give the material strength.
There is/was a lot of hysteria about asbestos, I am not saying it is not dangerous, but used correctly is reasonably safe.
