Re: Cancer news
I have been to the Hospital in Salford Royal today for a Final check up. I went to Manchester's Wythenshaw hos[pital last week and got the same result. so
All Clear no sign of any cancer at all, all got rid of. So now I am a super fit hero again .
I have hardly been able to have a drink this last 18 months due to the severe and very radical treatment. so now I have a nice glass of whisky by my side.
Life sure feels good.
Cheers
Brian

Re: Cancer news
john no feeling like being told you have cancer it must be one of the lowest feelings ever. for some there is a chance of a cure for some its a death sentence but its the fight you put up and the mind-set you take brian and myself have had a chance of the cure and will be watched by hospitals and when a surgeon tells you we got all the cancer it was not anywhere else is like winning the lottery a few on this site will know what I mean ?? jp

Re: Cancer news
just a question since having treatment for cancer after my op I know I have been sliced and diced and put back together has any member experienced burning sensation in one leg not just warm but burning I know the scar across my back has cut through nerves and my ribs have got to knit again but heat in the leg is beyond me just in one patch I woke the other morning and although I don't smoke anymore I thought a cigarette was burning me even the doctors don't seem to know what is going on and I am wondering if any of you members that has had cancer treatment have experienced it? I will not go on the internet to ask you think you have everything looking through that??apart from that healing is going well and hopefully make the meeting but no downstairs this time boys one of you will have to take my place?? lol jp

#107... Get terrific cramp in the legs feet and even toes through the night. Remember my old man complaining of same symptons. He said it was hardening of the arterys and cut way back on his beer. I have taken the other alternative and now prefer whiskey the idea is to get the juices flowing, however up to now doesn't seem to work too well, time will tell if have sufficient left that is. However you stick with Doctors orders John, have a lot of acquaintances with similar problems as yourself and most have made a full recovery and beaten it. All the best John S

I get the same John, Started about six months ago, , every night, severe cramps, the muscles in the legs and feet are twisted round and feel as if the are going to be torn off the bone. and the pain of that continues throughout the day.
