Glad you like it Jame. Just one point about it though. When making damper it usually comes out looking like a giant bun not so flat. It can then be either sliced or pulled apart whichever you prefer. When cooked in a fire the dough is put in a pot and then inserted into a fire with the ashes and fire piled on top of the pot. Or if out in the bush just put into the fire without a pot and enjoy the taste of the burnt bits lol. But suppose just in a pot then put in the oven is suffice
