    Absolute death traps if the Liverpool Yellow Quackers were anything to go by, fires, sinkings you name it. Anyway what would you want it for when people cannot walk up to it and buy an icecream you would have to get a boat to it. Absolutely crazy in my humble opinion.

    My thought was,a passing boat causing a bow wave,the water
    would then get into the serving window-game over.!!!

    It's HMS Flake 99! Bizarre sight of amphibious ice cream van spotted floating down the Thames.

    'HMS Flake 99', which has a top speed of five knots, chimes Rod Stewart's classic 'We Are Sailing'.
    The unusual vessel sports the slogan 'licensed to chill'.
