Maybe you should file for bankruptcy Keith. Before the claims start coming in. JWS
Here ibn Oz we now have E passports and I think the UK has them now.
Most international terminals now use eye recognition as a means of identity.
But where is the problem with an ID card, with all the systems in place now I would consider such to be a good idea.
It might just make it easier to detect illegals.
J,P, I personally think this is and has been the case for a few years, There has been a lot of murders and rape cases solved where the perpetrator has been passed away for a few years.
Just had another episode with the NHS.Went for my 2 month visit to the Haematologist appointment 12 noon.I usually get there about half an hour early to have my bloods taken that has to go to the lab and details sent to the doctor before I see him. There are about 6 doctors in the clinic I always sit close to my doctors room. After I had been outside his room for about 1hour 15 mins the doctor seen me and said I haven't received your results back yet a nurse was sent to the place where the blood is taken, blood not there, contacted the lab blood not there,so I couldn't have my appointment with the doctor as there was nothing he could tell me,he said he will have to contact me by phone when the blood is found, what a carry on.

pretty frustrating Jim, i think most surgeries are under pressure, i know mine is, but not as bad as that. In my surgery, lots of cases are being dealt with by a nurse, things like ear syringe, asthma control, blood test which involved a bus trip of 10 miles, now in surgery etc, even making appointment can be 14 days or so.Kt
Keith in the blood clinic there are about 8 girls in a line taking the blood separated by a curtain between each.Today one mentioned that she had had lambs hearts so the banter kicked off between all of them,I quite enjoyed the banter and I had a laugh with the girl seeing to me.So the story is its fine to have banter but make sure the job doesn't suffer like it did with me today, hence my blood went missing.

I fully understand the sheer volume of patients using the NHS in UK puts it under enormous pressure but the time it takes to get blood results is quite astonishing.
We have relis there who say it can be as long as two weeks to get a result!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know we do not have as big a population here but a test today, results the next.
But is this global across all counties and cities or just the major cities?
