Out here it's sometimes it's hard for British tourists to comprehend the language, just like snags, Cobber, Back of Burke, the Pickup {small Truck] On the way to Canberra there is one of many funny sounding road names, Bumalong Rd, on the highway there are 16 letter boxes so I assume there are 16 properties but as far as the eye can see there are no houses. On the way from Broken Hill to Willcania in the outback, on the map is a place called Tank; and that is what it is, a water tank. And I can say that out there there is no place for PC.

John, whoop, whoop land is about two miles past the black stump, and as we all know the black stump is in the out back, and the out back as well know is out back just at the back of Burke, and the back of Burke is where whoop, whoop land is.
As to snags, those in UK should be getting used to them now as Bunnings, who took over the home wear stores have a sausage sizzle each Saturday morning outside the stores.
But snags now come in may styles, chook snags, roo snags, even croc snags now in some parts.
They go well with a cold tinnie or a pot of amber, out on the veranda where the flies are as thick as, and as welcome as ants at a barby.
