The lady in question was England's female soccer team top scorer. She was British but her parents were of Nigerian decent and she was bringing Family members over to watch her play for England, this at the time when the EBOLA crisis was at its height in West Africa.

Well let's face it it was a pretty stupid fu--ing thing to say, so £80,000 is fair enough, it is a different world today and don't go on about freedom of speech, simples jjust watch what comes out of your mouth. We have the supposed to be most powerful man in the world and everytime he opens his gob he embarasses his country.

#111 and #112 noted, the point I was making she said in a BBC interview ' when it was first said to me I thought it was funny and treated it as a joke' so when did she decide it was not funny, when she heard the sound of a cash register? so then decided it was racist

Precisely Ivan, she took at least three years to register the complaint. She also refused to take part in the enquiry.

There in lies the problem, we are now scared to say anything in case it offends.

But go to the countries these people come from and you will have to abide by their laws or out you go.
Why do they think they can come to us and do as they wish?

But of course the 'bleedin' hearts will always be there to assist them. Those people who are in the heart brigade sholld go and live in another country where their views will be adhered to. It is a country far, far away but they are not prepared to find it.

Once we loose the right to free speech, to speak our minds freely and say what we fell, it will be the beginning of the end of democracy.

We can all attempt to improve the world from the way it is but you will not do that by attempting to change the past.

Went to buy a spade but told you can no longer call them spades, so I asked for a black shovel.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

All the problems started when they got rid of the Black and White minstrels. Up until then we were nearly there to racial harmony. Come back Al Jolson. JWS
