Maybe he has tattles instead , you know those things that Cappy used to peel. Can just imagine Cappy sitting over a bucket of his tittles and tattles, peeling away dreaming of his love in Osaka called Magica when he was there but I knew as Sadjico. JWS

one thing we have in common john old captain roberts gave you a good ballockin in japan me two ballockins one at sea and one in oz ........and the worst ballocking i ever saw to a shields AB trying to deny as he tried to sign on the cragmoor that he had sailed with old roberts before.......jeez nearly frightened me to death as he bellowed its inyour book its in your book ...your a drunk and troublemaker and you sailed with me before ..now bugger off ......all hands signing on shuffled about a bit and i wished iwasnt signing on.....a proper old man roberts was .....regards cappy

Don't know if his daughter ever married her boy friend, as he got me to lead the way round the Jedmoor to show his party round the ship. The boyfriend got in front of us and he said in a loud voice Look at him the basket wouldn't last 5 minutes at sea. The back of the boyfriends neck looked like the port sidelight. We had a stewardess in Saguenay she was always nick named the Saguenay bike, I never saw an engine, so must have only been pedal power. Never heard of her winning any big races, was probably too laid back. JWS
