Re: drinking wine now
Den, in 1954 my uncle lived in St Catherines, Ontario and I went down from my then abode in Toronto for the weekend coinciding with the wine festival there. They were mostly, if not all, white and very palatable. Not a product to be expected in Canada and Ontario had a restrictions requiring a perm it to purchase in those days . Do you make your wine from the grape or the juice? It was quite a big affair and one of the additional highlights was a parade of very fine vintage cars that I photographed in color.

Re: drinking wine now
Hi Richard.
Make my wine out of the juice.
That's the lazy way.
Works well though.
For $50 I get 5 gallon.
Lot cheaper than the liquor store. Also in my humble opinion, better than most.
Although BC wine is making a name in other markets right now.
