Never sailed with one Jim on the ships I was on, used to be third or second mate in charge of dispensary and sometimes Chief Steward if he had the B O T First Aid certificate. Rgds
had a great day all hands suitably inebriated and over oiled ......not a lot of trouble .......we had sas and three Geordie coal burning fireman overseeing the security .......he still managed to get in ......when the nuns arrived I was foolish not to realise there was two sister superiors.....but .......being worriedthat he might get in I noticed a red beery face under his wipple.....a bit later I noticed the nuns were starting to disappear from the main party up till now there had been no trouble so security was tightenedand a seach was made of my house......the results were frightening on entryto one of the bedrooms seven of the nuns were in various states of undress and him completely naked with a bottle of napoleanbrandy in one hand a his other in an intimate position with the sister superior........I sent for the security .....he fought like a mad beast shouting I still had two to go......today the street is filled with reporters from all the national newspapers......the police helicopter is still hovering over the house ....the nuns are all waitingoutside the chemist for the morning after pill and two of the firemen as well.......there is not a drop of alcohol left and heaven knows I need a drink now.......the villagers have formed a committee and I have to leave the village by midday....the judge although being amazed by his stamina said he must be deported to the colonies for at least 15 years I believe a ship is soon leaving with him aboard.......pat has asked me could he return ......no said I but who knows .....perhaps I may hear a whining voice crying .....will any one help a poor sailor with a we dram ......god help us will we never be free ....ps all nuns have asked for his address but for all his faults I couldn't give them that............not yet any way ...........old mo in law not such a good day but still kicking back
Only the Sixth Day of Christmas.....and I'm heartily sick of it,just like THIS chap!
Oh! What the Hell!
Tell me I'm not wrong Cappy, would it be the good ship the 'Amsterdam' this dastardly fellow is getting deported on, shame on him, better be on his best behavour, looked what happened to Capt Cook when he got out there
yes ivan the Amsterdam......no doubt he will work his way into some unsuspecting females confidence and enjoy the kindness of that poor soul.......leaving her skint and ruined........keel haul him I say
Its OK Cappy I know when I am not wanted, I am taking my 12 Nuns and have a whale of a time on the high seas shivering my timbers or what ever sailors do with Nuns. I must get into the habit.
Thank you for a good Christmas.
Cheers
Brian.
