# 28.. They would probably come out with tie me kangaroo down sport. Although seeing how Rolf is now in the dog house supposedly for his indescretions of earlier times, may have to think of something else. They may even get him on animal cruelty. Will have to stick with the didgeridoo. Cheers John S.

Australia... Re all this anti Australian colonisation. I have only lived out here permanently for 22 years. I was always loyal to the Crown. If and I say if these certain parties want to do away with, I for one will vote to come out of the commonwealth, I have no wish to become a whipping boy of a British Parliament. They have mucked up their own politics and have no wish to see this country follow in their footsteps. To a large amount of older people in this country the Royal Family is the biggest deterrent against a Republic. For those determined in getting rid of they should bare this in mind. I would rather throw my lot in with the Chinese and Asiatic countries which is on the cards anyway. John Sabourn
Re: Utopia tonight 10.35 ITV
Jim ref. your original post about the poor conditions of Aborigine communities, I don't think many people will want to watch the scarism tactics of Pilger or whatever his name is. As regards his Bafta award this is issued by members of his own group of Documentary makers. So I don't think too much should be placed on this. People living in Australia unless they are totally thick from the neck upwards are quite aware of the situation and have no need for an ex Australian pat to lecture them. He will make more money by selling his documentaries to those unaware of the existing situation which has been there for sometime. Cheers John S.

Jim, the short answer is no. The longer answer is that there are opportunities in this country for all if there is the will. The 'do gooders' are pouring everything (some good - a great deal stupid) they can into cajoling the 'helpless' to pull their fingers out mostly to no avail. I worked part time up to age 79 (and a half!!) and I have some private thoughts that must remain so -:deadhorse: .

We were also known as 'round eyes' in China and Japan and it is still used as a derogatory term there, but they don't have a PC brigade there, also known as 'Devils from across the sea' and 'men who come in big silver bird' so it shows how far those who uttered the last words had progressed in thousands of years. But things are progressing nicely for those against the white man, as the recognised leader of the'Free World' has the middle name Mohammed and of course is a different hue, so that should keep many happy.

Hi Jim.
I watched this show, and to be blunt,I was
really ashamed to think that these people
were being treated the way they are by
people who seem to have everything they
want,plus some.
