Louis it frustrates me with Boss Cocky as she spends a fortune in the super market so much on bloody cleaning products I get a little mad. One is window cleaner it is blue WTF, water is good enough. I go now with her if I can as she will buy so many things we either do not need or want so much thrown out. As she gets them delivered has no idea of the weight let alone No of bags.
As to obesity there seems little doubt that is is the fast foods or those with heaps of artificial additives in them that are the main cause of this. But how can some people & we have a couple of friends one looks like Sydney Greenstreet dresses like him too & is only in early 40's let themselves get like this? Sadly I suggest he is sure to die young. Interestingly he eats at the table no more than I do which is not a lot. We are 'one meal' a day people, proper meal either lunch or dinner, never both. I do have porridge in the morning in the cooler weather & toast boiled egg in summer around 11. He, our plump friend says he snacks all through the day in the office? One of my sisters in law is huge & has just had 'the band installed.' Gross as it sounds how does she have sex? I find if I drink too much beer over a period I get a pot gut which I am not happy about. Here I love the Belgian beers which I drink in the warmer weather say three per night sometimes ....more. Guess Brian as they are Continental you would not touch em ((:
