Hi Tony. I see that we were at sea around the same time, but only sailed on one ship, the Edinburgh Castle.I sailed on her from24/155 until 11/3/55,just the one trip.I also sailed on tankers, mainly British Tankers, out from Swansea. Your living in a nice part of the world for sea fishing.Im into seafishing myself and Ive fished out from Thurso a few times, the last time was some years ago, it was the European Federation of Sea Anglers European Championships, had a wonderful time.Cant remember the name of the street, but I stayed with a Mrs.Murrey,in a row of houses facing the sea,I think they were Council Houses. Sorry to read about your wife, hope that you are keeping well.If you get the chance, drop me a line.Have a nice Xmas. Dave Williams(R583900)
