A Film
Awhile someone mention about a film called The Railway Man I am wondering if it is the same of the thing as the book can someone tell if it is so ????

Went to see the film last week Lou, very good it is to.It is based on the true story, and both the Jap interpreter and the guy who was a prisoner died in 2012, regards KT

Thanks to Doc and Keith for the info about the Railway Man.There was very Merchant seamen who worked on the railway i know that there two of mn guy who went up to the railway and never came back .There was also a couple of American mn seamen who went up there.When the railway was finished there was a few came back to Changi but a lot of them was shipped out to Japan and afew of them never got there the ships being sunk by the Americans
