Seeking info on Dick Phillips (80s & 90s)
Hello all,
My Father Richard (Dick) Phillips served in the Merchant Navy in the 80s and 90s. He died in service at sea in 1998.
I was very young at the time but now looking for anyone who may have known or worked with him.
Thank you

Unfortunately the Deaths at Sea Records as far as i know will not tell his Death at Sea, as it was too late for the Records in 1998.
I think they went up till 1968, from then i am not sure as to where you may be able to find any Records!
Sorry
Cheers
