Looking for Merchant Cadet Chapman visited Havanna Oct 1959

I’ve just been reading Sarah Rainsford’s ‘Our Woman in Havanna’ and I remembered a school mate called Chapman living in Rusper, Sussex who left school at 15 as a Merchant Cadet Seaman. Some weeks later he turned up at school and regaled us sex-crazed adolescents with stories about his first voyage which was to Cuba and the nights he and his mates being, er, ‘entertained’ in Havanna. This would have been mid-late 1959 shortly after the Cuban Revolution. Can anyone suggest how I could get in touch with him? Thanks!

Is there not a Chapman a member of the site. Seem to recollect such a name on here at some time. JS. Just had a look there is a Ron Chapman ? JS just put Chapman in the search box at the top of this page. JS
