Hi there, i only did 2 trips on the Pendennis Castle Jan 74 to Apr 74 as a waiter. i know some of the names you mentionedWas known as Bobby Farr. Some of my shipmates were Keith Lambert, Paul Combes, “Sinkey” a scouse fellow and Dave Park . i think i remember your name

. i did 2 trips on the Pendennis Castle Jan 74 to Apr 74. My first trip at sea. , Names i remember are Tommy Clark, (was he from Liverpool ?) Bob Mcknight, Roger Isby, Keith Lambert and Paul Combes( both from Birmingham), Does anyone remember the Navigators Den in Cape Town ?

Thanks for that picture, I never sailed on any of them but the ships of that era were proper ships with beutiful lines never seen these days.

'The Navigators Den', who if they ever sailed with UCL could forget it.
Lost track of the number of times we were in there and getting back on board just before turn to.
A first class bar man by the name of Tom Tarrent set up the music system there in about 1961, the previous one was stuffed.
