New member saying hello!
Hi and good evening...
I have just joined the forum. I am a 58 year old land lubber whose grandfather served on board HMS Canada during WW1, took part in the Zeebrugge Raid in 1918, left the Royal Navy No: J37155 in early 1919 and then joined the Merchant Navy No: 997482, taking part in the Archangel River Expedition on board HMS Lobster between May and December 1919.
I have a few details of his Royal Navy deeds, but very little on his time in the Merchant Navy.. so if anyone can help with any info, I would be grateful

Cheers
As i see you do have his Discharge Book from the Merchant Navy, would that then not hold enough info ,or is there something Specific you may be after?
Cheers
