Rochester Castle
Hello,
This is the first time I've posted anything on this site and have found navigating it a bit difficult, so not sure if I'm in the correct place to ask these questions. I'd like to find out more about my father's seafaring history.
He was an AB on the Rochester Castle and some other ships too which I don't think were "Castle" ships. (One was called "Ardenvour" I think its route was South America) but the Rochester Castle I believe was part of the Malta Convoy. I would like to find out if my father was on that ship at the time. I have some of his documents i.e. Discharge book and part of a personal log book but it doesn't mention the convoy.

Re: Rochester Castle
Hello Polly
Please can you post any details you have there such as his Dis Book Number, and Place and DOB.
As you have his Book, it may not hold all details , so possibly his CRS10 may hold more info ??
Will look into this later
Cheers
