Greetings everyone
'Evening all,
I've just signed up; the brief history details are, ex RSNC Cardiff 1962-3, Watts Watts and Gulf Oil until 1966. Now trying to locate an old pal; R.C. Elliot who was a cadet with me at RSNC and then in Watts. Lost contact after that. I believe he was on Gulf's Ragusa for a time '65 - 66. Anyone know his whereabouts, please get in touch.
Thank you and Happy Christmas!
Jonathan Eastland

Re: Greetings everyone
Thanks for the greetings chaps. Hope you all have a great year ahead.
Ref my earlier (and 1st) request; Roger Courtney Elliott ex RSNC (Cardiff) navigating cadet, then Watts Watts & Co, then Gulf Oil. After that I lost track of him. After I'd packed it in, I started a new career in editorial photography and journalism; one early assignment covering the work of TH Pilots in the Solent/Spithead led to a brief encounter on a tanker with a 2nd Mate (unknown) who new of Elliott but non specific on his (then) location. He may have transferred to coastal tankers running into and out of S'oton - his last known home location. Any help/ideas gratefully received. Thanks. JE.
