Looking for help for my Dad
Hi everyone,
I've just joined this site tonight as I really want to help my Dad trace members of the crew Wave Barron who were aboard in 1961 in Malta, during this stay in Malta my dad plus other crew members were invited to play a game of football against Manchester United who were in Malta at the time for a game against a Malta select,
The Wave Barron team played Manchester United somewhere around Valetta on a pitch near some army barracks, my dad scored a goal in this game and actually had a photo of him celebrating but alas this photo has gone missing years back when he was moving house..
It would be great to hear from anyone on the Wave Barron involved in this match or anyone who was a crew member at the time,
Many many thanks for taking the time to read this
