Mann Island
Mann Island has certainly changed since I used to sign on at The Shipping Federation in the 1950s.

Wirral
Great site; I grew up in Brikenhead and the Wirral, it all looks to have changed a lot. Must get back some day and do a sight seeing tour of my old haunts.

Re: Nice
Well I never knew that there was a web cam at Hoylake sailing club. I own a flat directly behind HSC and the old RNLI boat station. I was a member of HSC for over 30 years. I still invite myself in for a pint or 3 on a Friday evening or Sunday afternoon2017-01-02 11.43.12.jpg This is the view from my Balcony you can see the old lifeboat station just to the right. If anyone knows the Hoylake area this is the bottom of Alderley Rd and the Flat is the first floor one with the balcony, Sandpipers court. The flats were built on the old Winter Gardens Cinema site. I was last over during new year. Sadly it is up for sale now due to domestic problems with my wife. I love that apartment and used to sit out on my balcony listening to the roar of the tide crashing onto the West Holye bank, the smell of the salt air with the wind in the right direction. On a clear day you can see as far down the coast as the Great Orme.
Dam sorry the photo is upside down, anyway that was taken in Early January this year
