Obviously Pendennis castle was designed by U-C and changes were implemented by the Cayzers during construction.
The Windsor and Transvaal Castle hull and engine designs were based on the Pendennis Castle, obviously designers wont make major structural changes in the hull design unless absolutely necessary, the only differences between the three ships was the interior designs.
When the Cayzers took over U-C they decided to upgrade the fleet, a further two mail ships were ordered the Windsor & Transvaal Castle. The plans were to spend a further £20m on another two new mail passenger ships based on Hotel class of the Transvaal Castle.

Major changes Vic , stabilisers , to start with , and it was built a lot longer , than the UC plan , last Harland ship too , obviously the Cayzers had other preferences . I would suggest the Transvaal was quite different mechanically . From boilers through generators quite different
