Lying? It's just what Socialists do, US Democrats, ask their electorate. Australian Labor, ask their electorate. UK Labour, ask their lectorate (specially UK pensioners). .

Dont forget it is "Freedom and Justice for all", but only if you are rich or well connected; or both.

Re: Unxmassy i must say!
There was a suggestion about cutting up news papers as we did years ago to use in the dunny.
All well and good, but what do people like me do who read the paper on the net not a hard copy!!!!!!!

A sick society indeed. Purging might be the answer.

Re: Unxmassy i must say!
There was a problem with using newspapers.
You pull a bit out and see some news, that gets you wondering what the next bit maybe.
\Then so engrossed in the news you forget what you are there for.
If I recall there was one which came in small sheets, kind of shiny, you could break your wrist using that as it would slip away,

Re: Unxmassy i must say!
Most say that Christmas is for the kids, maybe they are right.
It is supposed to be a time of good will, well for some.
Families gather to celebrate, even the dysfunctional ones gather at some time.
Then there are the lonely ones, people on their own with no one.
My brother in law lives in a life style village on the south coast, lives by himself.
He has a Neice only ten minutes drive away and she invited him to go there for Christmas.
No, as he cannot stand her husband.
So I asked him how he would spend the day.
Cook some Turkey with stuffing, roast spuds and veg followed by Christmas pudding and cream.
I asked him how about the Christmas Crackers, need two to pull them.
He told me he would pull his own cracker that day.!!!!!
