Des, my understanding is that the king of Spain, like the king of Sweden is only a ceremonial position.
He has no real authority.

I may be wrong but I think it was General Franco restored the Spanish royality, Juan Carlos became king and did a runner after he had been accused of making a few quid in back handers , also he was rather fond of the ladies. He passed the Crown onto his son Felipe. He lives in exile in Abu Dhabi.

They are all in a bit of disarray, apparently according to our news the King is going to cut out the child molesters 2 million pounds a year stipend.

#5. The results will give other countries Dutch Courage to eye the preys they have in mind , so look for turbulence in other parts of the world will probably come into effect. Taiwan and certain countries in the Middle East for starters and probably such are steeling themselves on what could happen. JS think this has got into the wrong post it is in answer to Des ‘s American election today. JS
