The worker is the backbone of any nation never mind your share market and all the paper theory’s that politicians come out with to confuse people. If the factory owner doesn’t have the good will of his workers , he may not be a factory owner for too long. Our progress from serfdom has been fraught with effects trying to force it off track to a better life for all.
