Only in Aus
The Cooma the Council have a tip shop, that is where everything that is salable is sent by the Council, like when someone dies and have no relatives they clean the house out and send it there and sell it off cheap. They also get loads of new clothes and shoes from shop closures, the Council made around $250,000 thousand last year.
Anyway, last week the girl that runs the shop saw a big Red Belly Black snake in there , they shutdown and called in the snake catcher, after a week, as you can imagine a store full of everything he hadn't found it, so he said he would cover the floor with flour, that way the snake would leave a trail. Well it did, but behind the trail was a lot of little trails, so he has a full time job.
Why don't you try a snake tie with that shirt sir.

Re: Only in Aus
Des, saw a bit today which said that due to extra humidity in Sydney the Funnel Web Spiders are growing bigger.
But what the hell, we have more poisonous or dangerous creatures here in Oz than any where else.
And that is before you count the polis we have.
Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.
