Re: Trydent
British nuclear submarine missile MISFIRES and 'plops' into the ocean as Defence Secretary watches on in latest naval embarrassment. Well from reliable sources, that well respected tabliod the Daily Mail, Sky News.
You do not honestly think the US are going to sell us Trident missiles that actually work ?
Thankfully the Russians have as many feck ups as everyone else. Get back to the days of sail, but keep a wee donkey engine for when the wind stops blowing.

Re: Trydent
I read I think on site of the British navy ships that cracked their hulls after using Spanish steel, our politicians must have read about it as they are thinking about using the same .

Re: Trydent
Yes Des, here in Oz we are to get about a dozen or more new ships.
Some built in Spain, we bought some from them before, some to be built here in Adelaide.
But there is a problem, a big problem,
Currently we do not have enough crew for all the ships we have, and not so many now are joining up to any of the services.
Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.
