Seeing as we have been mentioning some old time singers. Just love this one , Little Sparrow the great Edith Piaf. She had such an Iconic voice.

I used to like Johnnie Ray. I think he influenced much of best days of music, 50s/60s/70s. certainly blues and rock n roll.
