    Default Cool Express - Cocaine

Just been reported that the reefer Cool Express had 137 kgs of cocaine stuffed in a sea chest that took divers 4 hours to recover.
As this is external to the vessel are the crew held responsible?
If it's in a sea chest did the crew know not to use that sea chest?
Be interesting to know the outcome.
The older I get the better I was.......

    Hi Peter.
The customs here found that in a ship in Newcastle, one of the blokes who tried to recover it died, the customs think that the crewwher not aware. The American customs said that ships at anchor waiting to through the Panama canal are targeted and the drugs are retrived in the port they want. easy to get a ships next or future port of call.
The police here in Sydney just picked up seven suitcases of drugs, would you believe in a safe drug house meant stop people using drugs.
