Cabbage is a great way to get Vitimins

Cabbage is highly nutritious and rich in vitamin C, fiber, and vitamin K. What’s more, some research suggests that it may support digestion, improve heart health, and decrease inflammation.

Not sure about all of the above.
I have had a heart attack +3 stents , also suffered with Ostioarthrius for years. Being on Warfarin it messes with my INR levels.

Mind you having been a fat git for many years may have had a bering on it?
