Re: Winter, 1982
Think it is taking your pick out of the hat John. Assumptions people live off them. For anyone even to assume they know the history of the earth and our universe may be correct in some ways but my assumption it will be in error in a lot of assumptions. Our present climatic conditions are all relevent to the inclination of the planet and its orbit round the sun any alteration to that will have dramatic results and the easy way to do that is to set off nuclear explosions , where there are no winners . The living conditions for most forms of life will be impossible. Don’t believe me ? Try it . Cheers JS

Re: Winter, 1982
Well John if what Russia say then that may well be the case.
But as has been proven earth does move on it's axis at times, so with that it's proximity to the sun may also change.
But there are so many out there who want to put weather patterns and climate in the same basket.
But there are so many who will make money from all of this, they are quite happy for the circus to continue.

Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.
