Any government that knows the country they govern relies on imports and exports and doesn’t have ships to do it ,just think of the IQ of these people. Even Switzerland a land locked country has ships . JS

Very true JS, but we are speaking of polis here, not normal people.
But wait, some scientists has said he can develop a pill that will reduce the methane from cattle, sheep ad pigs.
He may need some to trial it with, suggests he starts in our parliament.
