    Des I forgot to look in my mail box on Friday so had a look today , and found a letter from the power people with a bill for $50.25 dollars from the February account. I immediately thought he had made an early start to recouping some of the out lay he had promised. However I am not going to pay it as living here I don’t pay any bills only to the Village accountancy dept. so am going to have to walk the hundred years to the office tomorrow and raise merry Hell , and see if it is going to be a continuous shafting by persons unknown at the moment. I still don’t like his whining voice. Cheers JS

    No need John, I have a very suitable wig to wear got it in a jumble sale might need a bit of a defume though

    Not that periwig is it that you used to hold court in at the Playhouse in Durban JS
    That was one maritime law that was maltreated by most ships was the de-ratification certificate which was supposed to be updated every 6 months. Some ships were at sea longer than that. Did your wig come with such ? Maybe you have been holding up the law with a dead rat on your head. Cheers JS
