#30 Don’t really know what you mean we can learn from ? When you work at a job you intend to do the rest of your working life , you put your best into it , but by the same token expect to get the best out of it. The learning part is straight forward , it is always the recompense which is out of tune. Job satisfaction is all well and good , as long as other things line up as well. Any man woman or child should be worth his labour. And others not so honest turn to cheaper and alien labour to use and fulfill the mininum requirements of law. JS .
