Re: car value increases .
well the son has a 1985 car and I have a 1975 car and both are more value than a new one for sure. The only computer chip in them is between the lug holes. Here in Oz these old cars are selling for ridiculas money and they are getting buyers all the time Think that the penny has finally dropped that the new cars have no tolerance in anything as they are designed to be built at the cheapest rate. Most of them will kark it simply becuase of a filiment of wire breaking. Not like our old bangers that would keep going even if one cylinder was not firing. Yes I do have a 2010 car as well but get hissed of with it simply because I do not know what all the buttons and such like are for. Still reckon that most of the accidents on our highways/motorways are because they set the cruise control and forget that they have to decrease for bends. Plus the younger ones think that the round thing in front of them is just another gadget that does not need constant contact. Put bluntly my 1975 torana that I purchased years ago for $1500 is now worth $50,000 but is deffinatly not for sale unless I want to loose my wedding tackle to the son lol.
That's the way the mop flops.
My thanks to Brian for this site.
