    On a four lane freeway yesterday and going well, then in the middle lane of a 100klm limit an ;L: driver doing about 70.

    He was not well pleased I doubt at all the horns hooting him but he refused to move.
    Problem is as an "L" he is required to stay on the inside lane.

    No doubt being taught by a plonker who has no idea of road rules.

    Of course we know with our dear Cappy that for so many years all he had was a pedal car.

    But in the end he got too big for it, so got himself a go cart.

    no a bogie pronounced boogie .....old pram wheels with a plank across.....sunday morning paper delivery was to heavy so carried the excess wieght on the boogie ,,,,,89 morning papers every day before school...fit as a lop hinny
