Hatch Match and Dispatch
Equals what most would think appropriate , Birth Marriage and Death. However newspapers advertise mainly as births deaths and marriages , seems strange that one dies before getting married , or maybe some editors having had bad domestic experiences and consider death would have been preferable to marriage. How many of us today the first thing we do if have a paper in our hand go to these columns just to check if we are still Alive , and to check the paper has got our particulars right , as we all know they are liable to be incorrect. Think I’ll stick with the correct sequence of hatch match and despatch and try to lead a normal life to the bitter end. The only comparable thing I can think of is having your dinner at breakfast time . Cheers JS
