Working away

With the currently situation here in Oz with Virus concerns many of the footy matches have been mover inter state away from Melbourne the home of Australian Rules Footy.

But oh dear, some of theses precious souls will not be joining their team mates in Brisbane or Perth, too far to be away from family particularly with young children.
They would be away for up to a week, such a long time away.

How would these wimps manage with what we did being away for all that time.
No wonder the Armed forces are short of personnel, heaven help us if war broke out and they were called up.

Even a Month is not a prob, as you say what did many of the Wives and Kids do in our time , bleedin heck reading some of the older posts about time at Sea, some had Months and Months away! And all survived at Home did they not! Time for the Players of all Teams no matter who, to accept this as well as their Families. May be a bit hard at first but soon will adapt to the way of life!
Seen so many Wives on TV already complaining , i know its different but come on Ladies please !! Calm down its your living isnt it! Without the Hubbies Playing where is the Moolah coming from??
