As i have stated Lewis , i too know of some by readings that have been Executed and they were innocent, however i did say that if only proven Guilty by 100% in all circumstances , beyond any possible doubt, then the Death Penalty should for sure be put into force for those cases! No matter where it is !

Interesting Vernon, see SA in at number three, not good there mate.

But if you look at it most of us at some time have been guilty of breaking a law.
It my only have ben a parking ticket or speeding fine but none the lees is still a crime though minor.

But to get a true picture one needs to look not just at the general figures but what the crimes are.

USA must surely be top for killings with guns, see another big hit there yesterday.
By that standard we are doing very well with an extremely low rate.

The way today they go on about the black and white colours , which are not even colours, Im surprised they have not altered the game of draughts. Maybe they have not seen the innuendos there also. Like top my black or top my white. JS
The only really black skinned people I have seen are the Sudanese , any person of colour is in varying shades of brown. It used to be a well known saying years ago at sea with all these bodies lying about the deck saying to them selfs . God make me brown for going home , and people used to say the. White man is trying to get brown , and the Brown man is trying to get white.
I was ginger so had to stay white, but who the heck cares what colour your skin is. They tattoo it so what’s the difference. It’s the person inside the skin that counts. JS

John, we were all guilty at some time of a bit of 'Bronzy' and some of the younger ones still are.

But from what I have seen in many countries it is black on black more so than white on white, and here in Victoria it is mainly Asiana against Asians.
WE do have a very diverse population here with some suburbs almost taken over by one race.
Lot of Vietnamese who have intergrated well into the local communities, then some like the Sudanese who do not fir in so well and from where we now get most of our gang warfare. Though mush of that has subsided over the past year or so, Police intervention is a wonderful thing.
