    Should have seen the Surprises some of us got when in the Legion and off to the BMC ( Initials for the Legions Brothels) It wasnt really nice at all.

    #18. Not to worry Ivan, streptomycin long replaced penicillin. Who knows today maybe a herbal treatment, or on the other hand just a small operation of amputation. Cheers JS

    Just browsing through my Blacks Medical Dictionary I noticed the aforementioned Streptomycin delivered horrendous side effects including vertigo,nausea,vomiting,sleeplessness etc. On balance I think i'd opt for Mr Ross's brolly.
